Rio Grande Valley Regional Rendezvous
Las Cruces, New Mexico

Friday, September 26 through Sunday, September 28, 2025

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY
3pm to 7pm- Rendezvous Check-In
After you get settled into your hotel room, stop by the Rendezvous check-in table. We will be set up just off the hotel lobby, in the breakfast area.

SATURDAY
9am - Funkhana
The Funkana starts the day with a fun test of a few of the driver's and navigator's skills. The end of the Funkana is the start of the Rallye.

10am to 2pm - Rallye Drive
Enjoy both the northern and southern Mesilla Valley and the shade of the pecan orchards on paved county roads with an opportunity for award winning Italian gelato at the end of the drive.

3pm to 6pm - Rendezvous Car Show
After the Rallye we'll all get together to show off our cars, vote for our favorites, and get to know each other a little bit better.

6:30pm - Saturday Evening Dinner
The day's festivities end with a relaxing dinner at the La Posta restaurant on the Mesilla Plaza.

SUNDAY
9:30am - Rendezvous Awards Banquet
The weekend wraps up with breakfast on the patio at the Hacienda de Mesilla. Trophies wil be awarded for the winners of Saturday's events, along with a few other things.

RENDEZVOUS REGISTRATION

In order to properly plan events and meals, registration will close 2 weeks before Rendezvous. So that means all registrations must be received and fully paid by Friday, September 12th. Sorry, there won't be any on-site registrations.

But don't worry, your registration fee is 100% refundable if something comes up at the last minute and you can't make it. Cancellations will be accepted up to the day before the Rendezvous starts (Thursday September 25th).
